GET THE LOOK | ST.PADDY'S DAY INSPIRED NAIL ART

Monday, March 14, 2016

I'm an entire day late on this, but better late than never right? I thought I would share some of the St.Paddy's day nail art I've done, and hopefully it'll give you idea's for next year! St.Paddy's day is the day where everyone drinks festive green beer, and parties with close friends. Did you know the real meaning behind the date isn't actually to drink green festive beer? *gasp* ! It's a day to remember the death of St.Patrick which was the foremost saint of Ireland. I have 2 different manicures, and was a good way to utilize the color green which I normally don't use often.

I began by applying 2 coats of Bright White from Beyond the Nail, topped with a quick dry topcoat and let it completely dry. I applied Easy Peel Liquid Latex to my index, middle and pinky finger to prepare nail stamping. I used Forest Green Creme from Beyond the Nail to stamp on the festive image using Cheeky Beauty jumbo plate 6 Happy Holidays and my Born Pretty Store frosted clear jelly stamper. I removed the latex, and applied a quick dry topcoat. For my ring finger I applied a single Shamrock decal from Beyond the Nail, and topped off with a quick dry topcoat.

I began by applying 2 coats of Queen Lime Rose Zinnia from Blue Eyed Girl Lacquer (discontinued), and a applied a quick dry topcoat and let it completely dry. I applied my Easy Peel Latex Barrier on the skin surrounding the cuticles to prep for nail stamping, and let that dry. I used Black Knight stamping polish from Moyou London, Cheeky Beauty jumbo plate 6 Happy Holidays and my Born Pretty Store frosted clear jelly stamper. Peeled off the Easy Peel Latex Barrier, applied a quick dry topcoat and let it dry!

Sorry for the super late post, but I figured I'd post anyways because I didn't want these manicures to go unseen. Hope you enjoyed my post, and as always thanks for stopping by to read my post!

Until next time,
